Wirebonding:

• Clean room still not available. Estimated delay 15 jours
• New tool works correctly and the wire can be placed correctly
• Wire order is done, but no delivery date yet
• New order for a pick up tool soon

Assembly

• Participation to the gluing workshop confirmed
• Pump order, no news
• Metrology pump to be installed

Testing

• Yann is working on a new and better support design. Material order will be ready soon.
• We need to start to design the connection between the PS/DAQ and the multi-module setup inside the climate chamber
• Monika will visit the lab for the database the 10th octobre at 9:30

X-Ray box

• Still under fabrication, last question from the producer was last week about some screw holes M32
• Lead to be ordered
