Welcome to the 2022 Fink Hackathon

This hackathon will be an opportunity for the Fink collaboration to meet in person, go through challenging problems in the fields of time-domain astronomy, machine learning, and big data in preparation for what we intend to do with LSST. We plan to focus on many science topics, from Solar System to galactic and extra-galactic astronomy.

It will take place from 19-26 November 2022, in Grimentz, Switzerland. 

The agenda includes a lot of hands-on activities and limited time for presentations. Our goal is to boost Fink's infrastructure in preparation for the arrival of LSST data. 

 

We will also take the opportunity to plan our future steps.
