    • recently solved last issue on the design methodology
    • expect to get accurate results on space required, hit rate within 1-2 weeks 
    • for power estimation, still missing power-charac of one of the central cell (Mueller cell)

  • Tests, Jerome & Andrei
    • Discussion on list of plots for the corrivreckan analysis => to be checked by analysists 
    • Investigation on leakage current, for irradiated sensors with possibility to compare pixels

 

  • CE65v2, Andrei
    • again a number of corrections done on v2 to match requirements  for submission
    • required to re-include CE65v1 (versions A, B, C) with new metal layers (for IO), pixel matrices not-modified
    • Isabelle is performing simulation after exctraction => then writing of documentation

 

  • MOS-T design, Szymon
    • final checks on-going to exclude any possible serious issues
    • start of final submission process with foundry, Sept. 12th  
    • possible continuation of design in the following month
