      • NWO-I / ASTRON 1m
        • Technical work on ESAP pushing towards a version 1.0 release, made available through OSSR, by the end of the project.
        • Thanks to everybody who took part in the ESAP Training Workshop on 21 & 22 November!
        • Deliverable D5.4 — Final assessment of the performance of the Science Platform prototype — is now overdue (my fault).
          • I will provide a draft to the e-esap mailing list for comments shortly.
          • I expect / hope this will be uncontroversial so that a submission in early January is possible despite the holidays. If you feel more extensive comments are necessary, let me know and we will hold for another couple of weeks.
        • At the end of the project (end of January; detailed timing to be finalized) we will be expected to submit a report on our technical activities during Reporting Period 3 (which runs 2022-02-01 through the end of the project).
          • As with our previous technical report, all partners will be asked to provide input to this, and then I will compile the final documentation.
          • Expect more details in January, but give the impending end of the project deadlines will likely be tight; take the opportunity to start preparing as soon as you are able.
        • The Executive Board (WP leaders, plus Giovanni & Ian) will meet in early January to discuss upcoming reviews & reports, and also the “post-January” ESCAPE collaboration. more news on that when I have it.
      • CERN 1m
      • CNRS-LAPP 1m
      • CSIC 1m

In the last weeks we have been working in several topics:

        • Registry of our use cases in the OSSR and ESAP: initiate the registry related to the asteroseismology studies, and complete the one related to HCG-16 ( creation of the json file)
        • Contribution to the ESAP documentation
        • Contribution to improve the installation and deployment of ESAP using docker
        • Integration of the SPSRC binderHub service into ESAP
        • Preparation of the WG5 Training event (we participated with 2 talks)
      • CTAO 1m

      • IFAE 1m
      • INAF 1m
        • Completed paper for the ADASS proceedings; expected submission today.

        • Note that OSSR is aiming for a publication at end of January.
          • Maybe interesting to cross-link/reference — John to raise this at the EEB.

        • JIVE is a signatory to the consortium agreement; no formal meetings planned yet. Do expect involvement in next year's INFRA-EOSC plans; Giovanni is coordinating a proposal; expected to result in a “cascading funding” outcome.
