- FDR is passed with comments. Reviewers were happy.

Probe station:

- FBK wafer diced arriving today, to be measured before sept

 

Wirebonding:

- status of the clean room: works restarted, mid-july operational (?)

- order of cards: received the 2nd lot of RD53A cards, waiting for lightweight ITkPix cards

- status of the wirebonding machine orders: wire ordered, outil ordered beginning of july

- We should review the proposed V3.0 of the flex. To be discussed at friday meeting.

 

Assembly:

- pump mainteinance / installation: plan with Thibaud next week

- Furniture anti-vibration; ask HGTD

 

Testing:

- support for testing in the climate chamber: plan recovered, to check if they are adapted to the heatsink then build

- data merging tests progress: first quad taking data with datamerging @ testbeam

- Box to transport SCC: plan with Thibaud next week

 

 

X-Ray:

- check the status of precommandes: OK

- retrieve plans from the database before migration

- converge on the list of electronics to order
