General:

- FDR today, tomorrow and next week. Mechanical protection detached from main review.

Wirebonding:

- status of the clean room: mid-june was optimistic, no real date. We could discuss moving under the plafond soufflant

- order of cards: done for Lightweight, no news for 2nd lot of RD53A.

- status of the wirebonding machine orders: wire ordered, some progress about the outil

- We should review the proposed V3.0 of the flex

 

Assembly:

- pump mainteinance / installation: Yann will plan with Michael. This week. Ask if possible to install on the little room on the side in order to avoid the noise

 

Testing:

- support for testing in the climate chamber: under fabrication this week

- data merging tests progress: report last wed, new report tomorrow, new quad tomorrow

- Box to transport SCC ordered yet, maybe we can build it @ lab.

 

X-Ray:

- devis received, reasonable price, we'll start all the orders. 8 weeks of fabrcation time
