Wirebonding:

- No new Quad for week 1

- Status update on the SCC PCB order

- First impressions on the ITkPix flex: very uneven surface, proposed rugosity measurement, wirebond tests tbd

Gluing:

- Last test to be done before reporting: check the spatula / change spatula

- Prepare a summary presentation for the flex attach

- Clean the old jig (low priority)

- Schedule a presentation from Artur for the alignment helper

Metrology:

- MMT calibrated and operational again

- Thibaud is reviewing metrology scripts + adding tollerances

- We could start to develop the metrology of the ITkPix flex

Testing:

- Scripts being organised / backup on gitlab https://gitlab.cern.ch/lpnhe-itk

- Update from Artur about automatisation: we can talk to the power supply, started to look into MQTT as protocol to communicate between scripts and instruments

- Update from Fred on the DB: localDB running @ IJCLab cloud, some issues of connections for CEA but should be OK for us. Grafana up and running.

- Update from Yann about mechanical support: need to order the heatsink to complete the assembly

X-ray tube:

- Design files obtained from KEK. Yann confirms that we can duplicate the design. We started to look at the design and to understand it and to improve the design for our usage. To be verified the compatibility for our coldbox.

- Lydia will help Julien & Luc for the dossier
