65 nm meeting
https://cern.zoom.us/j/69600555186?pwd=eVcxUTBnc2J0bWwyQ3RBM0ttZkN6Zz09
* Test MLR1, Szymon, Sergei, Andrei, Kimmo
- test of DACs were succesful, 2 more sensors were bonded on PCB for further Ionizing radiation
- issue with loading FW into the DAQboard received from Cagliari
=> ordering a dedicated tool AND in parallel bypass trial with USB (possibly contacting Milko)
- so far, mostly sensors from split-1 bonded to PCB (for DAC test & system debug)
see spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mGn-UwA9UDwV94Ll9gx4tamxS2Q-cuqoN0iQ_2D4OtA/edit?usp=sharing
=> as soon as we can validate the communication PCB-DAQboard, we bond split-4 sensors on the remaining 3 PCBs
=> From a discussion with Auguste afterward the meeting, we decided to take the risk to produce 10 more PCBs immediately
* MOSS design, Xiaochao, Fred, Andrei
- Priority Encoder (PE) description code is ready and sent to CERN (where it works)
- first layout of PE also there, will need refinement once pixel pitch known
- Remark by Christine about us being absent from the design-part where stitching rules apply
=> after a short discussion, we concluded for now that we have really no manpower for it
* MOST design, Szymon
- catching up after Summer break, studying specific parts appointed by CERN
* Test beam
- 3 weeks booked at CERN-PS, 18 Oct - 6 Nov
Yitao Wu (IPHC-ALICE PhD student) will go there and also participate to the data analysis
Sergey may partly join as well but other constraints -> not easy
Szymon will also possibly join
- someone (Szymon) needs to go to CERN prior the test to check CE-65 system ready
- During beam test, two activities: on-site shift & initial analysis to check data usefulness
==> Discussions on test beam preparations happen on WP3 Tuesday morning meeting
* NEXT MEETING on Wednesday 29th September at 10h30
