One question for consideration by everyone here: I would like to make the JIRA project publicly viewable - this would make it much easier for colleagues outside our JIRA to see issues. I'd like permission from sites to do this, and an understanding from all in WP2 that we agree to not put sensitive info in the tickets.

If you have objections, please let me know before August 12th, at which point I will make the project public if I hear no objections.
