This is the assembly process I was imagining:
- Place the module on the bottom frame of carrier
- Place the module + bottom frame on the wirebonding jig and perform wirebonding
- Attach the top frame of the carrier to the bottom frame while it is still within the wirebonder
- Lift the bottom frame + module + top frame sandwich out of the wirebonder and attach bottom and lid.
