We are looking forward to welcome you for the Fall meeting of the IRN Terascale at the LPC - Clermont, from 22-24 November 2021.
Hopefully the meeting will be held "in presence" (although we will also have a Zoom feed for those not able to travel); however, sanitary measures/requirements will be enforced.
Recall that to access the workshop site you will need to have the European Green Pass, or a certificate that you had & recovered from Covid-19 (no more than 6 months before), or a negative swab (this has a validity of only 48 hours and you need to repeat it). Furthermore:
- Please, be present on site only if in good health (complete absence of symptoms similar to covid, including temperatures above 37.5°C)
- Mandatory use of the mask
- Social distancing
- Entrance to the conference area is forbidden for accompanying persons or unregistered persons
- On-site registrations will not be allowed
Registrations are open! Register as soon as possible, ticking the appropriate boxes for in person/remote participation. The registration deadline is November 8th.
Do not forget to inform your local Scientific Management Committee member (see terascale.in2p3.fr) to let her/him know of your mission for subsequent reimbursement. All lunches and the dinner on Tuesday evening are paid for centrally, so should not be considered in your mission costs.
