Adrian: new version of RAW2ROOT, single slab analysis code and official samples:

Finally we have a well tested and hopefully stable version of RAW2ROOT with all bad events properly tagged. You can find the data in:

- contains the MIPscan runs (raw files and converted files)

- masked channels list

- pedestal list (chip/chn/sca)

where the new converter is found and also new code for single slab analysis: pedestal, bcid correlation for retriggers, mip (so far I have applied the code to the full MIPscan). The converter has a new feature: we can choose the bcid threshold to define retriggers. It seems that with values between 10-15 we are in the safe place.

Adrián: good shape of pedestal/mip of single slab analysis. Almost ready for conferences at September/October (after polishing). To be done: mip for 45degrees runs and magnetic field runs.

Yu: Progresses in double pedestal / retriggers studies (and presentation). To be done: remove masked channels from the analysis and use the latest samples with proper bad event tagging.
