Search for heavy resonances in di-lepton channel using Run2 data

The search for new heavy dilepton resonances using the LHC run2 data, corresponding to 48 pb-1, is ongoing. The analysis is performed with the recently produced Spring15 Monte Carlo samples simulating the Run2 conditions in pp collisions at s = 13 TeV. Strategy and roadmap for this search are described emphasizing the differences with respect to Run1 analysis.
