In the talk the review of the plans for the US high energy physics for
the coming decade will be given. Fermilab is the largest US high energy
physics laboratory with large operating accelerator complex. I'll
discuss status of the accelerator complex and the development plans as
well as experiments planed at Fermilab such as precision measurements of
muon g-2 and lepton number violation as well as extensive program of
short and long baseline neutrino oscillation experiments. Longer term
Fermilab plans, including future high energy colliders, will be
discussed as well.
