The IHP trimester on mathematical aspects of string theory will kick off with a one week long school for graduate students and young researchers at the CIRM center in Marseille,
11th - 15th of April: CIRM school on the mathematics of string theory
The following three months will be dedicated to topics at the interface between string theory and mathematics. A light schedule of individual lectures and mini-courses will leave plenty of time for discussion. Four workshops are scheduled during the trimester:
25th - 27th of April: String Geometry and BPS State Counting
23rd - 25th of May: Number Theory and Physics
30th of May - 3rd of June: (0,2) models
9th/10th of June: String Theory and Gender
The trimester will culminate in the String-Math conference 2016 at the Collège de France.
