This Workshop is the seventh in a series whose aim is to bring together theorists and experimentalists working on the phenomenology of the upcoming TeV colliders. The emphasis in this series of workshops has been on the physics at the LHC and the Tevatron. At last, in 2011 we expect to have data from the LHC and therefore a particular attention will be given on the one hand on the progress in new techniques for the simulation of Standard Model processes and on the other on the latest developments concerning new mechanisms of symmetry breaking and the New Physics. The Workshop will address issues of how to best exploit these data as well as how to prepare for future data. Another issue will address the physics with a higher energy LHC. These activities will be conducted in close connection with the development and improvements of tools in particular of Monte-Carlo event generators.
