Metrology:
- Add a dedicated test to check alignment of cover layer

- Thibaud will ask to Michael for the vacuum joint for the vacuum plate deviation to flatness tool
Testing:
- LP mode fails very often and it can't work on ccol. We might look into this issue.
- All post parylene warm test are done, but all are CCOL
- We need to push forward the SQ for digital tests
Xray:
- Scan of the optimal xray values
- We could go for the SQ, but might need to solve few details first
