One option for future neutrino facilities in Europe could be a conventional accelerator muon-neutrino beam in order to investigate the mixing angle theta_13 and CP violation in the lepton sector. An overview of the studies concerning the baseline from CERN to Frejus is given and the recent developments in the framework of the EUROnu design study are presented. The setup is based on a mega-watt proton driver at CERN and a MEMPHYS-like neutrino-detector at Frejus.
