Test FEV boards (DBN)
13 boards tested: 11 OK straight away. 2 with minor resoldering.
Difference with previous production :
- ⊃ Diode for the analogue probes
- resistor for TDC as discussed.
Tested with signal (ASIC readout), No test with probes.
Shipped to IFIC last Friday (23/01)
SLBoard + End-Plugs
18 end-plug boards produced.
Modification of old SLBoards and spares to be done:
- LDO :only for SLBoard only, direct feeding of LV to the ASUs
- Analogue probe connects to the 2nd ADC of the MAX10 FPGA
- 1 ADC for the AVDD, 1 for Analogue probe (instead DVDD, useless)
- ⚠ ➞ No more compatible with old slabs
- Keep 2 for COB and 1 FEV n° 30
- 6-7 spares available
Discussion: getting rid of extenders for the 2 COBs and FEV10 n°30
Mechanics (RPL for Alice)

Wait for the 2 (old) boards from IFIC before producing new sliders.
Maybe will get a Mechanical Technical leader for project (TBC).
Metrology
Done. No obvious defects, but numbers have to be extracted.
Wafers testing
3+1 persons for this : Ana Torrento + Hossan (tech. , HGTD), Xin, Jesus.
22 "LLR Wafers" / 3 per days ➞ 7 working days, but will take some time for adjustments ➞ February.

Testing new ASUs ≥ 9–10 February

IFIC should have 2 ASUs produced in the 1st 10 days in February (source: mail from Adrián)
If 2 / weeks ➞ all (15) one by April...

The status of IFIC is that we are ready to assemble 2 ASUs during the first 10 days of February, using the monocomponent glue. We will send them to IJClab and when they are tested we are ready to discuss a detailed plan for the next steps. As agreed in the last meetings.
We have:
- three 3M sheets perforated (one for testing, 2 for glueing)
- enough sensors
- adapted jigs
- enough glue (monocomponent) for the tests and 2 ASU production
- material for quick test of the ASUs after assembly.
We won´t perform any metrology since there is not time for that.
DAQ (JMI)
Implementation of TDC’s configurations
- Auto-Gain + Fixed Gain + AutoGain Threshold.
TDC decoding
- First storage as is
- Discussion on plots in a 2nd stage

June 17th to July 1st
Probably share with other DRDCalo activity (CRILIN, groups from Frascati + ??): Give 1st week ? 3–4 days ?
Concept of a plan: Install both calorimeters on Wed 17/6 + run common μ calib.
How long running ?
- Common Shifts ? In case of down time
- FCC week the week before : practical for Taikan.
Running plan:
first standard condition (e− medium E), then strongest conditions (high E e−)
