General Assembly - 90 min
1- Project management updates (FM) - 10 min
2- Progress status of activities for each work package (WP1 to WP4) - 40 min (10 min each)
3- Status of secondments completed or ongoing this year - 20 min (we will ask some of the secondees to report their experience)
4- Progress report on DECOP (Cataline et al.) - 10 min

Management Board (MB) - 30 min
1- Status of the Consortium Agreement (CA) signature
2- Status of the Grant Agreement (GA) extension to CJPL and Yemilab
3- Any other business (questions - comments, decisions for vote if any)
