We propose to gather around and chat about recent news on wimp direct detection from CoGeNT (arXiv:1401.3295, arXiv:1401.6234) and SuperCDMS (arXiv:1402.7137)
Time permitting, we will dive further down the rabbit hole and discuss a recently proposed (super weak) "anthropic" argument in favor of the existence of dark matter: arXiv:1403.0576.
