Description

The search for the Standard Model Higgs boson via its decays into two W bosons in the dilepton final state is particularly sensitive in the intermediate mass range which covers most of the range preferred by the global electroweak fits and has the highest sensitivity of any of the LHC Higgs searches. The status of the Higgs searches in the H->WW->lνlν is presented, based on the ATLAS data collected in 2011.
