 lay)\n\nIn this seminar\, I propose to review the various mechanisms invol
 ved in the production of matter and radiation in the early Universe\, star
 ting from the period of inflation. I will discuss the roles played by the 
 inflaton\, spectator fields\, and primordial black holes. I will focus in 
 particular on the gravitational production of particles\, as well as its c
