 rino physics\, in particular neutrino oscillation\, may help us to resolve
  many known and unknown problems in particle physics and cosmology. Progre
 ss in the last twenty years has been enormous\, but more will come in the 
 next twenty years. In this talk\, I will introduce a little bit the histor
 y of reactor neutrinos\, its key technology advancement\, and then focus o
 n the JUNO experiment: its ideas behind the design\, complications and dif
 ficulties during the construction and initial performance results. I will 
 report the latest physics results on the indication of the neutrino mass o
 rdering\, and future prospects including the upgrade plan for double-beta 
 decays. \n \nAbout the speaker\nYifang Wang is the former director of th
 e Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) of Chinese academy of Sciences. 
 He obtained his Ph. D. at the University of Florence in Italy\, and subseq
 uently worked at MIT and Stanford University.\nAt IHEP\, Yifang Wang led t
 he design\, construction and science effort of the BESIII experiment at th
 e Beijing Electron-Positron Collider for tau-charm physics. He initiated a
 nd led the Daya Bay reactor neutrino experiment which observed a new type 
 of neutrino oscillation denoted by θ13. He led the design and constructio
 n of the JUNO neutrino experiment\, and proposed the Circular Electron-Pos
 itron Collider (CEPC) as a Higgs Factory. \nHe is a recipient of the Brea
 kthrough Prize\, Panofsky Prize\, EPS-HEP prize\, Nikkei Asia Prize\, Pont
 ecorvo Prize\, Future Science Prize and the 1st grade National Natural Sci
 ence Award of China. He is a member of Chinese Academy of Sciences\, a fel
 low of the Third World Academy of Sciences\, a foreign member of the Natio
 nal Academy of Sciences of the US\, the American Arts and Sciences\, the R
 oyal Society of UK and the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is a CNRS Fello
