DESCRIPTION:Speakers: Remy Larue\n\nWe explain how quantum anomalies can b
 e bootstrapped using on-shell techniques. Starting from anomalous Ward ide
 ntities\, we construct the most general 3-point form factors for various t
 ypes of anomalies consistent with (residual) gauge symmetries\, discrete s
 ymmetries\, and Bose symmetry. Our bootstrap reproduces the known gauge an
 d gravitational anomalies\, including the mixed sectors. In particular\, w
 e recover gauge-anomaly cancellation conditions\, as well as find that the
  Weyl anomaly should not involve Pontryagin densities\, which has been sub
 ject of debate for a decade. Our results prove that anomalies\, like ampli
 tudes\, admit a description in terms of consistency rather than explicit l
 oop calculations and details of the microscopic theory.\n\nhttps://indico.
