DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the website of the 6th Geant4 International User Co
 nference at the Physics-Medicine-Biology frontier !\nAfter Bordeaux in Fr
 ance (2005\, 2013\, 2018)\, Napoli in Italy (2022) and Osaka in Japan (202
 4)\, the conference will take place at Mantra Mooloolaba Beach\, Mooloolab
 a\, Queensland\, Australia\, from February 8th to February 11th\, 2027.\nT
 he conference will run in parallel with the Mini Micro Nano Dosimetry (MMN
 D 2027) and the Innovation Technologies in Radiation Oncology (ITRO 2027) 
 conferences at the same location.\nParticipants will have the opportunity 
 to attend the three events\, and a single registration is required. Please
  register for the three events at this link. Note that early bird regis
 tration ends on January 8.\nThe first morning of February 8th will feature
  a common plenary session between the Geant4 conference and the MMND confe
 rence. Then\, the conferences will run in parallel starting in the afterno
 on of February 8th till Februray 11th for the Geant4 conference (note that
  10th will be off). \nThe Geant4 conference will bring together develope
 rs and users of the Geant4 Monte Carlo simulation toolkit and Geant4-based
  tools\, and will cover the following topics :\n\nimaging\nconventional r
 adiotherapy treatments\, such as conventional x-ray radiotherapy and brach
 ytherapy\nhadrontherapy\, including protontherapy\ntargeted radiotherapy\n
 novel approaches\, including Flash and BNCT\nbiophysics and radiobiology\,
  including Geant4-DNA\nradiation protection\ndetector development\ncomputi
 ng\nand a special session dedicated to new application domains (environmen
 t\, space\, etc.)\n\nThe conference is fully endorsed by the Geant4 Collab
 oration.\nAll presentations will be delivered as plenary talks\, and part
 icipants will have the opportunity to submit their work for a regular peer
 -reviewed paper to a Special Issue of the European Journal of Medical Phys
 ics / Physica Medica.\nWe look forward to welcoming you to Mooloolaba for
