DESCRIPTION:\nThe second edition of the EIC-France Workshop took place on 
 December 1-3\, 2025\, at IJCLab (Orsay).\nThe workshop opened on Monday wi
 th several introductory talks\, including presentations on the plans for e
 arly physics running at the EIC. Tuesday morning featured physics presenta
 tions and discussions\, aimed at further defining the French community’s
  contributions to the EIC physics program. In the afternoon\, the focus sh
 ifted to updates on instrumentation developments.Finally\, Wednesday was b
 e devoted to a hands-on tutorial on the ePIC software and simulation frame
