Bad records in Registry. 
We have still GLOTS.

1. What do we do with dead (unresponsive) publishing registries ? 

   If we remove publishing registry, then all related resources are removed from registry 
   
2. `DiscontinuedResource` proposal.

   - in coverage: allow an end-date in the future 
   - use `vr:Date` with role `Updated` to advertise when a resource has been updated

TC: How can the user find out (in the registry) if a new table is added to an existing resource ?
MD: In DaCHs we do this with "news" as a human readable way, such it can be updated on a "What's new". 
It may be worth filing a but against VO resource on date, if that is not. 

4. More explicit subject term (=> URI) 
   Would it be useful to put URI in the subject ? 
   We don't change the subject content, but we can add a `vocab` attribute. 
   Baptiste will propose new attribute `vocab` for vocabulary scheme URI (with default value `http://www.ivoa.net/rdf/uat/#`). Explain in which case one may not use the UAT keywords.
