You have recieved a registeration link for the CNRS’s AzurColloque platform. For the payment, please pay attention to the following instructions:
1) You can just skip the second page of the form (logistic information), as we will use the logistic information you provided via indico.
2) If you pay yourself, please select "the invoice must be established to your name". If your institution pays on your behalf, please select "the invoice must be established to your organization’s name".
3) You have two main payment options:
- credit card: American Express, Asian, German, and Swiss cards not accepted
- bank transfer: please specify in the transfer's description “First name Last name LIM25”.
4) If you are affiliated to a CNRS lab you can also pay by "purchase order". Please approach your local administrator for further details.
5) After successful payment, you will receive an invoice at the email address you provided in the form.
Be aware that fees are NOT REFUNDABLE. The only accepted exceptions are failure to obtain a visa and documented illness.
