Follow up of LoI signature and outreach process:

- improve the layout of the document including the design of both projects;

  - by MC and CS

- create a digitally signed and two print-out versions;

  - add two signature pages;

  - exchange printout signature pages;

- set up a communiqué;

  - add all partners

  - strategic (adding national representatives)

  - not to high: put to the webpages and social media

  - end of August draft, end of September final
