General news:

  • Next Week ITk Week
  • Management asked about SQ, will report tomorrow. We are late with the testing part.
  • Comments from the JUAF: big focus on the flex quality. Suggestion: look at the presentation especially from IRFU

Probe station:

  • Cooling liquid not ordered yet. CNRS is late adding the merchant in their DB

Wirebond:

  • Gluing of SCC was good
  • Wirebonding is horrible because of frequent issues with broken wire in the bonding tool
  • All power supply done, 2 wires didn't stuck
  • Signals are about 50%
  • Ultrasound might be problematic + the screw. We need to look for the dynamometric tool.

Parylene:

  • Unmask needs to be done

Testing:

  • 42 is up to PARYLENE/MASKING. Module is not good and fails Undershunt
  • 37 is ongoing but it has ccol issues
  • next is 38

Xray:

  • Issues with vacuum. Chuck is breaking modules and pressure is probably too much. However with the air compressed vacuum is too low.
