General news:

  • new version of module-qc-tools
  • Task force on the Core column? Not clear the formality of this effort, we will start (.. continue) to investigate
  • Inventory 29/04-03/05

Parylene

  • Module 6: tab broken. Contnue with masking? We decided to try
  • 7 masked + PPP6
  • PPP40 is done but useful for core column
  • PPP41 done but tests to be checked
  • PPP42 to be tested, candidate for further parylene
  • Foam pillars for the module cover are arriving this week

Wirebonding:

  • PPP50 needed to re-place most of the wires, ready to be bonded
  • PPP38 and PPP39 in the pipeline
  • Oxided ultrasonic screws -> needed to change parameters to much higher. We have ~50 screws like that
  • We found 2 screws from another lot that are good

Testing:

  • PPP40 completely tested
  • PPP41 completed INITIAL/WARM without errors (software/measurement); 3x FE with normal results but 1x FE with strange (bad) results. To be checked with experts
  • PPP42 is ready to be tested
  • PPP37 is wirebonded, DB data is to be checked. Missing photo (?)
  • We need to proceed for the SQ slides
  • We need to investigate the grounding loop on the CAEN

Outer barrel wirebond protection

  • 3 glass tests done. Measuring glue thickness. 
  • Vacuum issue: a lot of leakage
  • Step 0 done
  • Step 1 (glass) ongoing for the SQ

Metrology:

  • Bare Module
    • Review state of the measurements and upload to PDB
    • The IVs have been done but not uploaded
  • Flex
    • Same situation as BM
  • Assembled module
    • Carrier to be added to PPP50

Gluing:

  • Nothing to report
