Wirebonding:

  • Ball bonding head installed
    • Two bugs. Correct the bugs with Bondtec
    • Few issues detected yesterday
  • Friday the deep access head will be re-installed

Assembly/metrologie:

  • CHR tool installed and calibrated. Very quick test done.
  • Accident during installation: head collided with CHR calibration sample. Calibration to be checked with our "calibration glass module"
  • Current procedure for canopy metrology @ CERN: more than 3 hours! To be investigated

Testing:

  • DCS:
    • Temperature for 8 modules is OK
    • Pression for 2 sensors is OK
    • SHT85 in the chamber is OK
    • Analog RH still ongoing
  • Find a method to debug the console
  •  

Xray:

  • Chiller arrived
