General news:

  • Two mainteinance done: MCE and CLIMATS
  • ITk: wirebonding protection is passed. Thiziri is gone to CERN to do the metrology of the canopy
  • New pre-production module: maybe 20-40 in the next months. Total. 5-10 in Paris?

Wirebonding:

  • 33:
  • 34: 2 wires didn't stay
  • 35: done
  • 36: cleaning is important. 1 wire not good. 9.6 mean pull force on group of wires but very bad on others (min 3.9!)
  • 37: ongoing
  • 38: big angle?
  • 10h on 15/12 visit for microscope-camera for the WB machine

Assembly:

  • Presentation by Matteo & Piero today at the Flex Attach
  • 2 more modules today

Testing:

  • 8-modules structure done. Little post-processing was needed but now we can mount it.
  • Ask new power/data adapter boards?
  • Interlock card done. To be installed.
  • DCS code refactored: big improvements. Temperature fixed. Humidity capacitive sensor sill to be fixed.
