General news

  • Qualification 7: done
  • TBD testing (3 blocks)
  • Parylene good, we can qualify!
  • We need to prepare a poster for HCRES: Paul for the assembly + David/Eric for the technical part
  • Jurnees ATLAS Upgrade: end of may, define talks
  • Christmas lunch end of year

Wirebonding

  • Exchange of info with CEA, foreseen issues with new batch
  • We'll see tomorrow with our first quad
  • After improving loop height the pull-test is >9 g 
  • One SCC V1 bonded, to be tested

Assembly

  • One quad glued yesterday, new gluing today.
  • 4 quad/week -> 3 weeks to finish 10 modules (initial flexes) + 1 week with extra flexes
  • We need to contact the people of the MMT because the Z measurement are not good

Testing

  • DCS hardware is correct
  • Pression measurement is OK
  • Temperature: calculus error somewhere
  • Humidity: still measurement problems. How to compensate cable capacitance?

Xray:

  • Still blocked by CE certification
