Wirebonding:

  • WB not working since yesterday. Motors stopped. Customer service contacted
  • Ask Remi about the LED order for the camera axial light
  • Ask Remi about the maintenance contract

Assembly:

  • Gluing table with 2 stations complete
  • Backside photo tool under test: we need to find a procedure to use it without taking risks

Testing:

  • Multi module support: problems with the tooling in the lab and projects.
  • Azote: 
    • 350 + 12/mois
      • Anchored to the wall, a priori the wall is OK

  • Dry air
    • Drier 1200 eur
    • Filtre + regulators 350

  • To be studied: vacuum generator with compressed air

Qualification

  • Block 7: Paul will finalize it
  • Block 10&11: we need to start look into it
    • Vacuum chuck is missing
