metadata harvesting from RSD?

- some, but still a lot of manual intervention needed

 

 

CodeMeta

• RSD export CodeMeta as citation format
• compare original one with exported one?

Possibility to import metadata ?

• from which sources ?
• could CodeMeta be one ?

 

Open questions:

• what would be the process OSSR-->RSD?
  • pull?
  • push?
• how maintainers would get access to the RSD part? (if they should, e.g. to fix some metadata export)
  • ORCID ?
  • fixing things would mean double maintenance for developers again :-/ 

 

=> start with what we have = fixed version of CodeMeta, see what we can import
