Metadata meeting

• one meeting with TV and CT
• Solution found for responsible organization, can be maintainer in codemeta 4.0: https://github.com/codemeta/codemeta/pull/250
• CT investigates if it is possible to join the development of codemeta
• Organization can be added in codemeta, will not show up in Zenodo, CT committed update to eossr

  • Agenda points: metadata compatibility, form of cooperation, codemeta integration

 

eOSSR

• changes to allow ResearchOrg in contributors but not add them as authors (persons) in zenodo during conversion
• [Thomas] will make a release to integrate that change, needed by Jutta

Onboarding status

• progress on reviews?
  • FAIRroot changed codemeta, but not released yet - will come soon
  • HiPerta ready for curation
• new onboarding: Wombat - GSI (Eisenbarth): https://git.gsi.de/phelix/lv/wombat, JS Emails and puts CT in CC
• request: make version field not mandatory, as it is generated on release -> will not do it because it should be contained in the tarball
  • [Thomas] can think to provide a simplified way to update codemeta during CI in gitlab / github
