General:

  • SQ is progressing, we need to push to finish it and start pre-production. All material for pre-production

Wirebonding:

  • ParisPreProd01 bonded - all good. The module is alive
  • ParisPreProd03 ready to be bonded
  • ParisPreProd10 GA1/GA2 usable for tests, GA3/GA4
  • DummySi to finish bonding

Assembly:

  • Three modules glued and measured in one week. All is good.
  • [improvement] review the procedure to save the data in the various spreadsheets / DB

Testing:

  • ADC+Analog input cards (hum, pression, ..) cabled. To be tested
  • Paul tested the heatsink support with active cooling

Xray:

  • Last details to fix + instructions / documentation.
  • Waiting for the adhesive vinyl, commande not received yet (weird ..)
