Wirebonding:

Crosscheck tests on SiDummy from IJCLab then tried without success at CEA: at LPNHE it is possible to wirebond
Digital done: 2x with 4/4 and 2x with 3/4

Assembly

Good results with glass dummies, we proceed to glue the first si dummy. All OK already to the WBonders

Testing

Tested new 1.28 gbps FW from Timon
Monitoring board near completion
Intermediate board PCB received, to be tested and assembled by Julien
