General: qualification advancing

Wirebonding:

  • out of the 4 digital modules received one is not bondable
  • one module under wirebonding:
    • GA1 gluing not good, but wire-by-wire possible
    • GA2/GA3 OK
    • GA4 not going well, many broken wires

Assembly & metrology:

  • Visual inspection & metrology for bare flex 2.4 and 3.2 done and qualification data submitted
  • Dummy silicon ongoing
  • Gluing (glass) starting tomorrow wed 12 with Marco B

Testing:

  • Advanced tests on data transmission ongoing, testbench at 1.2 gbps working
  • LV main board in the hands of Julien but he's in vacation, next week he will resume
  • LV secondary board
    • simple version full designed
    • to be verified that interlock pins can be driven directly from a microcontroller
  • DCS card (Karim) progressed
    • Lecture humidity done with a 555 not of the good level, but good component ordered (will arrive mid may)
    • All inputs tested
    • Frequency ~0.4 Hz
  • Material for multi module structure re-ordered at level precommande. The order has to go through the usual approving process. Material en stock.

X-Ray:

  • Led for power-on to be ordered
  • Electric cabinet arrived, to be assembled, Yann will start today

Database;

  • User names must be re-created on the localDB
    • To complete the PDB connection the two passwords are need (not possible to use the SSO like for the web interface)
  • Qualification questionnaire
    • Fred is completing it
    • He is missing some info, we will follow by email
