Probe station:

  • New probestation installed
  • Little issues here and there but usable right now, we need to build experience
  • Easy to foreseen room temperature issues especially towards the summer

 

Wirebonding:

  • New outil little clamp changed
  • SCC red under bonding
  • Next go to quad

 

Assembly/metrology:

  • Cable for plug to buy
  • Gluing tool received, missing peek pin

Testing:

  • LV board very advanced
  • ADC board under design

Testbeam:

  • Discussing public plots

Xray setup:

  • Shielding done we can start now
  • Software installed
  • Interlock to be installed
