FASER is an experiment to search for light weakly-interacting particles and measure neutrino interactions with Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, which is situated 500 m from the ATLAS collision point. FASER started physics data-taking in 2022 spring and accumulated about 40 fb-1 of data successfully until the end of the LHC operation in 2022. The Forward Physics Facility (FPF) is a proposed new facility to be implemented at CERN for the High Luminosity LHC, which would house several new experiments that would detect large numbers of high energy neutrinos, including thousands of tau neutrinos, and would have world leading sensitivity for light, weakly coupled new particles proposed in many dark sector models. This seminar will discuss the physics motivation for both FASER and the FPF, and give the current status of both projects.
