CE-65 ++ (Andrei):

  • Sensors with 10^15 neq/cm2 and 10^16 neq/cm2 are already irradiated and we need to measure the dark current.
  • Walter wants to compare with the APTS. A large discrepancy was already observed for leakage current.
  • Measurements of the leakage current before irradiation. These measurements show very small values of dark current  (< 2 fA) so: for this value, the dispersion is not considered as an issue . The precision is very low for one pixel. For APTS, the measurement can be done for 16 pixels (low statistics).
  • Discussion was done on the sensors irradiated with 10e13 neq/cm2 that could used in beam test irradiations.

Moss design (Frédéric):

  • Main work on DRC validation. Some errors are not well understood. Exchange with Tower is ongoing.
  • No huge impact on submission (few days). Layout could be modified.

Most design (Szymon):

  • The design is closed and clarification are expected for the final DRC.
  • On Time ...

Analysis (Ziad):

  • Variables names in Corryvreckan unabling to finish the analysis. Need to find the modification done and the new variables names in the ROOT files.

Readout (Jean):

  • Ongoing projet for the asynchronous design.
  • Discussion with     in order to modify the design and a check is required for the parameters.
  • Timing file is checked and things seem ok.
  • Impact of the directions/placements of the blocs and metal layes (rectangles and arrows) should be better understood.
  • Limitation in the pitch of the memory.
