Wirebonding:
- status of the clean room: Daikin received, but not the CTA. June?
- order of cards: done for Lightweight, no news for 2nd lot of RD53A.
- status of the wirebonding machine orders: need to advance with wire order, no news about the outil
- wirebonding @ IRFU: no opportunity in the coming weeks, maybe the clean room will arrive earlier
Assembly:
- pump mainteinance / installation: Yann will plan with Michael
Testing:
- support for testing in the climate chamber: next week
- data merging tests progress: report last wed, new report tomorrow, new quad tomorrow
X-Ray:
- devis received, reasonable price, we'll start all the orders. 8 weeks of fabrcation time
