  • Tests CE65-v1
    • on the lab: Andrei+Kimmo will work on leakage current measurement in August
    • Yitao (from previous discussion): finalizing clustering with analogue output
    • TID: reminder than 100 Mrad CE65-v1 was measured at CERN
      • it was estimated that the performance was not good enough for testbeam
      • additional tests needed in Strasbourg
    • neutron fluence: APTS is getting results on 10^13 (10^14 not tested) and 10^15
      • APTS also trying 2.10^15 and 5.10^15
      • on our side, we could try 10^13 and 10^14 => but timeline should be discussed
    • still some work to be done on variants C and D
      • Andrei can work on that with Kimmo later
    • RTS investigation ???
      • Szymon volonteers if we can stop the DAQ on one pixel

 

  • MOSS design (from discussion with Fred)
    • job by Fred is done
    • Xiaochao still working on some verification but if no pb then no impact on design
    • submission when ready (best guess is September)

 

  • MOST design, Szymon
    • switch to new pixel design and assembly on-going
      • avoiding Psub bias but trying to increase collection node voltage (still DC)
    • digital part still to be updated with custom cells
    • cleaning DRCs
    • Szymon building models with Liberate for simpler digital simulations

 

  • CE65-v2 design, Andrei
    • Isabelle is doing extraction of parasitics to check influence
      • so far no issue, but still on-going
    • trial to apply custom rules (due to stitching and modified diodes) from CERN
      • some violations but probably not harmful
      • need some checking with Szymon
    • Need to prepare a datasheet-like document
