  • Test discussion
    • 8 more carriers with chips bonded (2 sensor for each type and all split 4)
      • will do smoke test today
    • receive 3 new DAQboards to test with CE65
    • more proximity boards to be expected in 2-3 weeks
      • Andrei would possibly want an additional resistor (to remove residual oscillation) => Sergey handles it
    • currently 2 test benches operational in lab
    • for beam test
      • start May 4th (possibly few days before) for 2 weeks
      • Sergey will go to CERN during week starting 25th (Szymon will join for a few days)
        • possibly check irradiated sensors
      • frequency will be 10 MHz
    • Long discussion on test campaign at the lab (see Jerome's slides)
      • Andrei as already some results to be discussed next time
    • For test beam priorities => discussion on April 20th
    • Sergey will organize the data taking, Ziad for analysis

 

  • MOSS design, Fred
    • standard cell re-design in order to improve yield of stitched sensors
      • 44 cells identified, about 10 on IPHC
      • effort started since 1 week already
      • Xiachao for Layout / Jean for Verification (for timing)
      • Fred for Abstract-Generation
      • IP2I cannot be included anymore

 

  • MOST design, Szymon
    • first version achieved for Szymon's duty
    • modifications are starting and verification
    • internal meetings for test started

 

  • CE65-v2, Andrei
    • version-C: improving 18um version with power distribution, IRdrop, system for measuring pixel-capacitance
      • in parallel developing other variants of version-C
      • open question about the area with SF
    • version-A pending: CERN not sharing yet amplifier till version-C not finished
