  • Test of CE65, Sergey
    • inventory => 4 more carriers needed to be populated with flavors A,B,C,D
    • review of modifications under way (on-going discussion with Andrei, Kimmo) => decision in one week

 

  • Standard cell design, Fred
    • still in preparation to get the list of cells to be designed and checked by CERN
      then cells will be distributed to various institutes
      => work sharing still under discussion
    • For MOSS:
      • concern about ESD protection for pads, possibly interfering with back-bias, under discussion
      • addition of capacitive filler for row steering bloc finished by XiaoChao

 

  • CE-65v2 design, Christine reporting for Andrei
    • version C (charged collection):
      • pixel with 18um finished, with AC version (best ENC perf in CE-65v1)
      • will be adapted to 22.5 um and hexagonal versions
      • for 15 um pitch, a new design will be needed (remove some bias lines for instance...)
        will difficult to match submission by end-of-April
        => reproduce CE-65v1 but adapt whatever changes (pad ring, metals ...)
        !!!! need to choose which flavour (A, B or C)
      • we drop the true hexagonal design
    • version A (FE studies)
      • will be copied from the 18 um pixel version C
      • NEED as starting point the FE optimised by CERN (true for option D as well)
    • version D
      • restrict to 18 and 18hexsq versions
      • Szymon fears that 22.5 will be not so efficient ?
      • if time allow, we add 15um

 

  • MOST design, Szymon
    • isolation between power domain under questions
    • work for Szymon: still on-going

 

  • Visit of IP2I colleagues
    • possibly April 7th & 8th
