Room: 301-01-022 Even if the large majority of these replies are in agreement with the idea of one not renouvable term of 4 years , nevertheless myself and Hans we have the common opinion that the rest of the CB do not like to change such an important rule right now , when the election procedures for the Spokep. and Cbchair are on going . We would like then to have from the CB members , with a deadline of one week from the present message , a reply about the following two possibilities : 1) change the actual rules for Spokep. and CBchair mandates in line with the proposal of one not renouvable term of 4 years 2) leave now the actual rules ( renouvable term of 3 years ) unchanged , waiting for a more complete scenario where the lenghts of all the Alice positions are rediscussed in a coherent way all togheter at the same time Of course in absence of a reasonable quorum of replies we will not be able to prepare a proposal . best regards Lodovico and Hans
