    • Documentation should be in the source/service itself
    • A written report is formal and will outdate soon

    • Video is not easy to scan for users- document is much easier to scan
    • Software documentation usuall is a reference manual  → tech report gives the bigger picture

    • Tell the tech report story better (what are the benefits for the onboarder and user)
    • Tech report should enforce good practice of what should be in the documentation
      • Tech report should be either written or - if all the points are already included - a link to the software documentation should be provided
  • MetaData:
    • MK: Keywords ok to discover software
      • ESAP has specific questions, like can it run on mybinder
        • Extend the API to answer the questions or direct
    • CT: Do we know additional metadata necessary for ESAP and should not the service do the discover of "can I run the software".

    • JS: zenodo metadata `subject` might help
    • JS: add links between entries
      • Complex workflow to be discuss with ESAP
      • Use ESAP as use case: 2 software run on ESAP from the shopping basket → hackaton (virtual; two days separate)
